Sharada Shaw
Paralegal

Sharada provides assistance to the litigation and corporate groups.  She has significant experience of both large scale, multi-jurisdictional litigation and insolvency proceedings, as well as document-intensive corporate transactional work.

Sharada is also an experienced company administrator, and is acquainted with both company secretarial procedures and the British Virgin Islands regulatory and compliance regime.

She is additionally the firm’s liaison officer with the BVI Shipping Registry.

Sharada joined Forbes Hare in 2007.
