What we look for

We recognise that the quality of our services depends entirely on the quality of our people.  We are always looking for talented individuals to join the team, particularly those who are academically strong, commercially minded, and with experience gained in our markets. Language skills would be an advantage.

For lawyers who are not admitted in the British Virgin Islands, a United Kingdom qualification (as a barrister or solicitor) is required.  For lawyers admitted in other Commonwealth jurisdictions, this is usually obtained by way of the Law Society’s Qualified Lawyers Transfer Test.  Lawyers interested in working in the Cayman Islands must have at least 3 years’ PQE.

Current vacancies

We recognise that the quality of our services depends entirely on the quality of our people.  We are always interested to receive applications from talented individuals who would like to join our team.

Applicants should have first class academic and professional backgrounds (typically gained at a major international law firm or the English Bar), be commercially minded, and possess an excellent command of written and spoken English.  Experience of working with offshore entities and language skills would also be advantageous.  We aim to recruit high quality lawyers with sufficient character to thrive both within the firm and in their dealings with clients.  In our experience this approach is valued by both our clients and colleagues alike.
