Ken Okumura
Associate

Ken has a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial law, including cross-border transactions, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, corporate finance and funds.  He has particular expertise in private equity transactions.

Prior to joining Forbes Hare, Ken practised for a number of years in the private equity group in the corporate department of Allen & Overy in London, where he acted for a variety of private equity firms and corporate clients.
