Sebastian has a broad range of experience in corporate and commercial law, banking and asset finance.  He has niche expertise in aircraft finance and has acted for a range of lessors, airlines, insurers, financiers and manufacturers on multi-jurisdictional financing and leasing transactions.  He advises on a broad range of corporate, finance and insolvency-related matters.

He trained and qualified with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in London, where he worked for 6 years (including one year spent in their Hong Kong office) prior to joining Forbes Hare in 2010.
