Scott Ritter

Scott is an experienced corporate lawyer, specialising in public and private mergers and acquisitions, flotations, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and project finance.  

Scott joined Forbes Hare in 2005, having previously worked in the corporate department of another BVI law firm and prior to that in the corporate department of Herbert Smith in London where he specialised in mergers and acquisitions, public equity and project finance transactions.
